Fotoba Cutter
Our Fotoba® is an automated cutter, enabling high production turn-around in much less time. With the Fotoba® cutmarks generated by the RIP and the true image edge tracking (Fotoba patent pending) the cutting and trimming is done as we print.
When the job exits the printer, it is cut and trimmed on the Fotoba® and ready for delivery. This creates a more efficient workflow, resulting in higher quality, and lower cost.
Automatic Grommet Machine
The Edward Segal, Inc. Model 2KGW is a state-of-the-art, fully automatic, grommet and washer attaching machine. The 2KGW is a fully automatic machine that feeds both the grommet and washer, punches the hole in the material and attaches the grommet and
washer, all in a single cycle. This machine has been specifically engineered for light to medium duty applications.
The material is placed in the machine and the operator uses a foot pedal to attach grommets and washer to the material on both sides automatically.
